Do I need a marriage licence?

Yes, you will need to purchase a marriage licence before your wedding ceremony ($60) from a marriage license issuer. It must be valid for a minimum of 24 hours before the ceremony commences. 

Will I get the opportunity to meet with the wedding officiant before the ceremony?

You will get the opportunity to meet with the wedding officiant a few weeks in advance of your wedding date to plan the ceremony details. They will contact you 30 days out to arrange a time to meet.  

Can I customize my wedding ceremony at all?

You can select the music for your ceremony, as well as select pre-written vows or choose to write your own vows. You are also welcome to have someone do a special reading if you wish. 

How big can my wedding party be?

Feel free to have a big or small wedding party. Just be sure to include those people in the total amount of guests for your wedding ceremony. 

The only requirement for the ceremony is that you have two people over the age of 18 to be your witnesses. These two people do not have to be a part of the wedding party.

How do I let you know my wedding music song choices?

The wedding coordinator will contact you 30 days out to get the final selections for your ceremony songs and inform the music professional if you have not already listed them on your registration form. 

Is there anything else at the wedding I can customize like my flowers, decor, or cake?

You are welcome to bring your own flowers for the wedding if you wish. Or if enough time is given, and for an extra fee we are able to create you a custom silk bouquet that you can keep. 

Due to time constraints we are not able to accommodate additional decor setups or altering details with the decor or cake.

How many people can come to the wedding?

Up to thirty people are included in the price of the package. You are welcome to bring extra guests for $25 per person, however due to size constraints, we can accommodate a maximum of 50 people only. 

Will someone be in contact with me before the day-of to confirm final arrangements?

Your wedding coordinator will contact you approx 30 days before to run through all the final details before your wedding date. However you are welcome to reach out earlier if you have any questions. 

How do I get my wedding photos?

Your photographer will contact you once they have the photo’s ready after your wedding (approx 4-6 weeks). You will receive a online downloadable album of approx 80 edited photo’s from your wedding day, where you are welcome to print and distribute how you feel best.  

How much time will the whole wedding take?

Your ceremony will take approx 20 mins, followed by a 30 min photo session with your photographer on site. You are welcome to take photo’s in the venue on site.

Due to time constraints, we are unable to offer off-site photography locations. This is followed by post wedding cocktail reception of preselected appetizers, dessert, and a cash bar.

You are more then welcome to arrange for a private family dinner off site. The entire wedding celebration will last no longer than 2 hours.

We ask that all guests depart once celebration has ended.

Can I stay longer and have a private dinner instead?

Due to other weddings taking place the same day on location, we are unable to accommodate a sit down dinner.
